This piece was created from a snap I took in Northern California. When I visit my sister, she sometime drives me through this industrial complex we've dubbed Industrial City. It's actually just a portion of the Phillips 66 refinery in Rodeo. I'm fascinated by this place, especially at night. I find it fascinating despite its man-made ugliness. Always in my artistic quest to make my digital art look like analogue art, I've tried some new extrusion effects with this one which gives it a bit of a pastel crayon feel.
