Who is aged enough to remember the campy sixties television series Gilligan's Island? In the early black and white episodes the theme song  differed slightly from later episodes in that the Professor and Mary Ann were simply titled 'and the rest' (thankfully they rated much higher in later episodes). While my other artworks can be as neatly categorized as The Millionaire and His Wife, let's just call these 'And the Rest'.
